PRESENTATION
Lets talk about the “Four Quadrant” concept which describes in the book
“The Business School” by Robert T. Kiyosaki.
Now, lets talk about this concept a bit.. Lets take and discuss one Quadranteach...
* Job = Clerk, Engineer, Mechanic, Manager.. etc..* No money investment.
* Time = Money
* Selling your time, experience, knowledge, skills for money.
* Active income. If you stop working... income will be stopped.
* Only one earning point. That is you. If you don’t work you cannot earn.
Every day you running “go to work and come back home” routine.
* To earn more... have to work more...
* Have to work under someone else. (Boss)
* No income growth. When you get salary increment... inflation also same rate.
* Have to work 30-40 years. And you will not achieve your dreams.
* Have to work in stress.
* No freedom. (you will not have Time and Money when you want it)
* The people who belongs to this category always says “I’m free on that
day, but I don’t have money” or the opposite.
* HIGH RISK - If you do 2-3 mistakes or if you couldn’t go to work 2-3
week you cannot guarantee your job anymore.

After schooling for 20 years normally we get into E Quadrant. At that time we
think that “I can be successful in my life by doing this Job for next 5-6 years”.
And start to work hard. And after 5-6 years we can realize that our salary
cannot compare to the time we went to school for 20 years. The people who
could understand this, decide to do something different and change the
result as they want achieve what they really want in their life. Others are do
the same thing for the rest of their life and broke.
* Self Employed = Restaurant, Coffee shop, Dress shop, Bakery... etc...* Also we can call as “Small Businesses”
* Small money investment.
* Time = Money
* You are selling your time, experience, knowledge, skills for money. Not investing.
* To earn money you have to be there. If you stop working... you stop
earning. This is also a ACTIVE income. You will not earn when you close
your shop. Suppose, you open your shop for last 20 years and you close
it today. Yes, you have been earned money for last 20 years. But, if you
want to earn some income today, you should open the shop and work
today. Its mean, even if you worked for last 20 years it is only a Active
income. You worked and earn.Thats it. You did not build a system which
could run without you.
* To earn more... have to work more... have to work Hard for money.
* 5-6 people will be working under you. You will be the Boss for that people.
But there is not a proper system which can run without you. You have to
be there always and have to control your workers directly.

* You are running “Open the shop and close the shop” routine every day.
* No profit growth. When your profit increase... inflation also same rate.
* Have to work until you die. And you will not achieve your real dreams.
* The people who belongs to this category always says “I have money,
but I don’t have Time”.
* Business headache, Building rental, workers salary, Taxes, Bills etc..
* HIGH RISK - If you lose 2-3 times in the business you will not be able to
continue the business. Because to start this kind of system normally we
are taking a loan from a bank. You have to pay the loan monthly even the
business make money or not.
* BIG BUSINESSES = franchising, garment factory, private hospitals, supermarkets etc...
* BIG money investment.
* Money = Money2
* INVESTING money, time, experience, knowledge, skills.. Not selling.
* Building a proper system of 100-200 people which can work for you.

* This system is a “network”. Only 4-5 people on the top are handled dirctly
by the owner (boss) and others are handled by them.

* Profits growing in exponential way.
* If want to double the income, all you need to do is just duplicate the
same system in another place.
* Have to work only for 4-5 years. And you will achieve your all the dreams
in your life.

my freedom”. They have the both Time and Money when ever they want
them to spend.
* HIGH RISK - But they earn profit more than their risk.
* Investment = Share holders* BIG money investment.
* Money = Money
* INVESTING money
* No body work under you. And you are not working for anyone.
* Can double the income by investing the money again and again.
* You don’t have to work. Passive Income.
* Your ‘success’ depends on the money you invest.
* The people who belongs to this category always says “I’m experiencing
my freedom”. They have the both Time and Money when ever they want to spend.
* No any business headache.
* HIGH RISK - But can earn profit more than the risk.
Now what we can do...
No use of doing a “Job”. No use of being a “Self Employee”.
But we know the success is in the B & I quadrant. But the problem is
we cannot build a “Business” like in “B” as it needs large capital.
And we cannot become an “Investor” like in “I” because it also
needs a big money.
So, if you are a wise and smart person and ONLY if you
really want to get into the “B & I” quadrant,
And
ONLY if you really need to build a
international business organization
and get passive income
and get freedom for your life in next 4-5 years,
and ONLY if you really need to achieve your all the dreams
when you want it in your life...
this is the system you should follow...
This is a “business” you could do

So, Think about a mobile phone we buy. This is the process it comes to our hand.

To manufacture the product the cost is about 100$. And they can sell it for about
300$ with covering all the overhead cost with profit. But it comes to the customer
with the price tag of 600-750$. Why???
Because in this process there are many middlemen (rounded area) are making money.
Who is earning BIG money??? Did you know that popular superstars/cricketers/actors
making millions of dollars just for their 30 second TV advertisement.
So who is earning big money. Sharuk Khan, Hrithik Roshan, David Beckham, Sachin
Tendulkar... But the problem is they influence us to buy those product as they are
using it. But the truth is they use it only for that advertisement. But we attract for
those advertisements because they are our loving superstars. So, we believe them and
buy the product.
And we think, the “Marketing company” pay millions of $ for all those stuffs.
Yes they pay... but finally all those expenses and overhead cost they include to the
price tag which end customer could see.
Now, we pay for the manufacture, marketing company, superstars, middlemen,
show rooms and buy a product. So, we buy the products by paying 10 times higher
price than its original value.
And we use the product for 2-3 years and the value of the product goes down. Finally
nothing.
But before the customer, all other middlemen (rounded area) are winners. They
are making millions of dollars. But, its our money.
But in today world companies are facing for two major challenges in advertising.
One is “competition” and other one is for advertising they have to spend “BIG money”
before selling products. They deliver the products to show rooms and wait until the
advertisement broadcasting on the TV. If the advertisement WORKS they are getting
sales, but if advertisement NOT WORK they are losing big money.

Yes there is an another way why you attract with new products.
It is called “Word of Mouth advertising”. Good or bad “word of mouth
advertising” works.
Today world we buy product because of our family member’s word, friend’s
word. Not just because of advertising. Now, many companies are selling
their products and services using this powerful way of “word of mouth advertising”.
Its coming as a “concept” called “Network Marketing”. And the interesting
part in this concept is the customer gets an opportunity to earn an income
through this marketing method. That mean, he becomes a promotor or distributor
for the company to sell their products and services and earn money.
So, When the customer is buying a product or service he is getting product + business opportunity. Further more, the customer will not remain as a
“End User” or “Customer”. He becomes a “Proceumer”.
And in our day today life when we buy a new mobile phone, computer, watch,
or when we watched a good film or eat from good restaurant we are introducing

By entering your User ID and Password you can get into your “Virtual Office”. Your virtual office is your personal online office to work with QuestNet. Through that you can see all the information about the business what ever you want.
